A 7-session transformational programme for real, lasting change.
If you’re ready to take control of your menopause journey and build a strong foundation for your health, The Menopause Plan is for you.
Over seven one-hour sessions (spanning three months), we’ll work together to make simple but powerful changes that support your hormones, energy, and overall well-being. The sessions are individually designed around the key pillars of menopausal health (see below). They are personalised to you and your unique life, so you can uncover what lifestyle and habit changes feel doable and comfortable, but that make a huge difference to your overall wellbeing and symptom management,

Mindset & setting up for success – so you stay motivated and confident
Sleep – strategies for deeper, more restorative rest
Nutrition & hydration – balancing blood sugars, and feeling nourished from the inside out
Movement & exercise – finding what works for your body but also brings joy

Our nutritional needs change as we age. Whether you are peri or post menopausal or somewhere in between, what we eat, when we eat and how we eat can make a significant difference to our wellbeing.
If you’re ready to feel nourished from the inside out, this one-to-one coaching programme will help you make long lasting, intuitive nutrition changes that support your hormones, gut health, energy, stress levels and overall well-being both now and in the future.
Through small steps and tweaks, this programme that is uniquely tailored to you, helps you cut through the noise around all the 'shoulds' and find out what really works for you, and how you can use food as nourishment to boost your energy, improve brain fog, sleep better, manage weight and balance mood. No diets, no restrictions.

A comprehensive health & nutrition questionnaire and 3-day food diary to assess where you are now
A 90-minute initial consultation - to develop your personalised nutrition plan that feels doable and comfortable and fits into your busy life.
