The Menopause Plan is a 7-week programme by 'Women of a Certain Stage'This is a proven coaching programme focusing on all the pillars of health & lifestyle.

The plan includes 7 one hour sessions focusing on:

  • Mindset & setting up for success

  • Sleep

  • Nutrition & hydration

  • Movement & exercise

  • Decluttering (physical or emotional)

  • Setting boundaries & support


With small steps, you will feel empowered to make transformational changes to feel the very best version of yourself.



Food Icon

This 6 week one-one nutrition coaching programme will help make long-term habit changes to your diet.

What, when and how you eat will improve energy levels, gut health, hormonal balance, sleep quality and may achieve weight loss. 

This plan includes: 

  • An in-depth diet and health questionnaire

  • Initial 90-minute consultation

  • Five follow-up sessions of 45 minutes

  • Plus regular contact between sessions








Coaching Icon

A one-off 90 minute nutritional consultation on healthier eating through menopause.  


This consultation will offer you educational insights into:

  • How reducing nutritional stress and improving gut health supports menopausal wellbeing

  • Why balancing blood sugars is important for hormonal balance

  • Understanding  how we eat is as important as what we eat in mid life








Discovery Icon

A 75 minute discovery session where I will:

  • Help you to understand what is happening to your body and your hormones during peri-menopause and menopause

  • Discuss any initial positive and practical solutions that may support you

  • Provide unbiased, evidence-based information about natural and medical treatments available

  • Signpost you to the right medical help where necessary 

  • Help you feel armed with the right information to feel more in control of your own menopause journey

I offer in-person or online consultations from my home in Petersfield, Hampshire, and I will help you find out what’s going on and support you to:

  • Create a positive mindset around menopause

We will focus on progress not perfection.  For you to feel good about yourself, to have the tools to help recognise and manage symptoms and to feel more in control of your life again.
