FAQ's

“I’m already overwhelmed—how will I find the time for this?”
I get it—life is busy, and menopause can feel like one more thing to juggle. That’s why my approach is designed to fit into your routine without adding extra stress. Small, simple changes lead to big results, and I’ll help you make adjustments that feel natural and doable.

“There’s so much menopause advice out there—why is this different?”
Because this is tailored to you. No generic plans, no fads—just personalised, evidence-based strategies that work for your body, lifestyle, and symptoms. And most importantly, you won’t be doing it alone.

“What if I don’t have the willpower to stick with it?”

This isn’t about willpower, it’s more about intuition—it’s about having the right plan, support, and tools to make sustainable changes. We’ll focus on small wins that make you feel good, so motivation comes naturally.

“Will I have to give up my favourite foods?”
Absolutely not! My coaching is about balance, not restriction. You’ll learn how to enjoy the foods you love in a way that supports your energy and hormones—without guilt or deprivation.

“I’m exhausted all the time—will this really help?”
Yes! Fatigue is a major menopause symptom, and the right nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits can be a game-changer. We’ll focus on strategies that balance blood sugar, support gut health, and improve sleep so you can feel more energised.

“How soon will I start to feel better?”
Many women notice improvements in energy, mood, and sleep within a few weeks. Over time, symptoms like brain fog, bloating, and weight gain become more manageable—or even disappear. The more you put in, the more you get out.

“What if I fail?”
There’s no failing here. Life happens, and setbacks are normal. My job is to support you without judgment, adjust your plan when needed, and help you keep moving forward at your own pace.

“Can this really help with mood swings and anxiety?”
Yes! What you eat directly impacts your hormones and brain chemistry. By balancing blood sugar, supporting gut health, and managing stress, you’ll feel calmer, more in control, and less reactive.

“I have a family—will I need to cook separate meals?”
Not at all. Everything I recommend is designed for real life—quick, simple, and adaptable for the whole family. We’ll work with what you already do and make it even easier.

“Is this really worth the investment?”
Think about what menopause symptoms are costing you—your energy, sleep, confidence, relationships, and quality of life. It may even be impacting you to the point that you are considering leaving your job. This is an investment in you—your health now and for years to come. When you feel your best, every part of your life benefits.
