THE SYMPTOMS

Most women will experience symptoms of menopause and many women will experience early symptoms while still having periods. Menopausal symptoms can begin months or even years before your periods stop and can last for years after.

It is therefore important to be aware of your hormonal changes and the profound effect they can have on your mental and physical well-being.

Symptoms can include; anxiety, loss of confidence, brain fog, joint pain and others which are listed below. All of which are a result of the changes happening to your body and can have a big impact on your life.
