Supported & Spacious
Saturday 21st Feburary 2026 10am - 4pm
Henry Warren Hall, Nyewood (nr Petersfield)

During this one-day retreat, functional movement teacher Helen Davis will guide you through gentle, accessible processes to rebalance and realign your body from the ground up. You’ll explore how releasing unnecessary effort below the shoulders allows the neck, head and upper back to feel lighter, more stable and more at ease – improving posture, balance and comfort in everyday movement.

Nutrition coach Mel Conder will complement this with a relaxed, practical session that helps you strip away the confusion and pressure around 'healthy eating'. You'll explore how supporting gut health, eating mindfully and letting go of food rules can help calm the body, ease stress and boost energy and resilience – no guilt, no overwhelm, just simple, enjoyable nourishment.

Together we'll enjoy a build-your-own lunch experience designed to help you put everything into practice – slowing down, listening to your body and making choices that feel good. Starting with a comforting, seasonal soup base and adding toppings that reflect your body's needs and tastes – a creative way of reconnecting with the joy of food and self-care.

By the end of the day, you’ll understand how improved postural alignment and balanced nutrition can work together to ease tension and support long-term wellbeing. You don’t need to be fit or flexible – just curious about how small changes in movement and food can make a big difference to how you feel.

We’ll be meeting in a light-filled, modern venue with sweeping views across the South Downs. It's the perfect setting for a restorative, engaging and inspiring day that will lay the foundations for easier movement and better nourishment, now and into the future.

What you can expect:

  • Gentle exploration of movement processes to improve posture and release tension

  • Guided meditations to support your health from the inside out

  • Time and space to discover your body's natural movement intelligence

  • Tips around supporting gut health and reducing nutritional stress, in midlife and beyond

  • Practical guidance on building a delicious, healthy lunch with no fuss

  • Hot drinks, mid morning snack and lunch included

The Glow Reset: Skincare, Make-Up & Nutrition Made Simple
Fri 20 Mar 2026  | 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Henry Warren Hall, Nyewood (nr Petersfield)

Small changes, easy routines and real nourishment from the inside out and outside in.

If you've noticed that your skin has started changing in midlife - feeling drier, looking duller, or simply leaving you feeling confused as to what to do anymore, you're definitely not alone. Midlife brings hormonal shifts that change the way our skin behaves and we can reach this stage wondering what products still work, whether our routines need a rethink,  and how on earth to navigate all the on-line confusion around both what to put on your skin and what make-up to use.  And then there's the question of what to eat to support your skin, your energy and your hormones.  It can all leave us feeling overwhelmed and stuck!

The Glow Reset morning retreat  is designed to cut through the noise and bring it all back down to earth. No pressure, no perfection, just clear, realistic guidance that supports both your skin and your wellbeing.

Liz Dayment, a qualified make-up artist and beauty therapist with 30 years of experience (including celebrity clients and London Fashion week) will guide you through the changes that naturally happen to midlife skin.

She'll share straight forward skincare know-how and make up techniques that help your skin look fresher, smoother and more radiant, without needing a suitcase full of products.  Her aim is confidence, clarity and a routine that finally makes sense for where you are now.

And then we'll turn inwards.  I will share how even small, nutritional changes can support the skin from within.   We will explore gut health, low-grade inflammation, hydration and the foods that naturally help your skin function and flourish.

You'll see how easy it is to make supportive choices without dieting, overthinking or adding more to your already full schedule.   I will also demonstrate a quick gut & skin friendly breakfast recipe for you to try at home - the perfect morning boost!

You'll leave the morning glowing,  with a refreshed routine, practical tools and renewed confidence  - clearer and better equipped to care for your midlife skin in a way that feels nourishing on every level.
