Where we start: nutrition as the foundation


Food has a powerful impact on how we feel, especially in midlife.  It affects our energy, mood, sleep, digestion, blood sugar balance and how our hormones behave.


But that doesn’t mean meal plans, calorie counting or rigid ‘clean eating’.  It means:


  • understanding what your body needs now (because it’s not the same as 10 years ago)

  • learning how to nourish yourself in a way that’s simple, flexible and realistic

  • making small shifts that support your hormones instead of fighting against them. 


And from there, we look at lifestyle changes that support the bigger picture - your stress, sleep, movement, mindset, boundaries and all the other invisible loads you carry as a midlife woman. 


This is about creating long-term change that feels good, not punishing.


What menopause coaching with me is not:


  • a quick fix

  • a detox or a diet

  • me telling you what to do


You know your life, your body and your limits better than anyone.  My role is to support you in working with those - with small steps, accountability and changes that build over time.
